'Wow!! What can I say, my driving experience has been a bumpy one with lots of stalling and hill starts but I got there in the end. Me and Gareth had our ups and downs with plenty of banter!!! But after about a year I managed to get my well deserved pass with only TWO minors!!! Gareth stuck by me and was a great support the whole time, always willing to answer any questions I had while on the road, he never gave up and was determined to make sure I passed before the summer. I would not hesitate to recommend Gareth and L Plates to anyone......feels weird having a pink driving licence in my purse now .... Thanks Gareth!!!!' Thanks Lillie Forder-White. Rye.

Driving instructors Eastbourne

I would just like to say a big thank you to L-Plates and my instructor John Eacher for helping me pass my test this morning. I know we've both had problems over the last few months and we've missed lessons here and there, but that aside, we had a good laugh and he was a really caring and patient teacher. Frank is an amazing driving instructor. I started by knowing nothing about driving and as soon as I started, Frank made me feel comfortable with him and driving the car, always making time for me and arriving on time for lessons. After failing my first test, I felt very demotivated but Frank inspired me to come back fighting, which lead to me passing! I'd just like to say a huge thank you for all his help. Chris. Bexhill.

When I began driving I didnt find it as natural as I first thought I would, having being in a number of car crashes in the past I soon found myself hitting a bit of a mental block and wanting to give up altogether. Gareth was supportive and caring and helped me to overcome these obstacles, his patience is a real testiment to his charecter! He never once made me feel slow or put me down, he is a fantastic instructor and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and everyone! I would like to say big thanks to my instructor John Mell for his patience, dedication and hard work. He is punctual, well behaved, soft in answering any question or doubt. At the same time I found him always alert on board. I witnessed his super skills in saving our car in dangerous situations. He never aimed at passing tests but rather stressed on learning safe driving, which is an ultimate requirement of driving lessons.
