Mark has achieved what many people, including myself, thought impossible - I've passed!!

Having grown up in the second largest city in Ukraine, I had no exposure to driving and no knowledge or interest in motoring until I came to the UK and found myself relying heavily on others that did drive. I had no understanding of the fundamentals of how a car worked, had a deep fear of the road, and was hugely lacking in confidence. 

Mark's calm, considered and patient approach helped me through these issues, and importantly helped me overcome my lack of confidence. I felt supported right from the start, and through a structured approach at a pace I felt comfortable with I made consistent progress. Although progress was slow at the start, Mark stuck with me throughout culminating in me passing my driving test first time. 

The end result is I'm now free, and that feeling of freedom to go wherever I want whenever I want completely independently is utterly incredible. I cannot thank Mark enough, and I cannot recommend him enough. No matter how much you may doubt your ability to pass, Mark can and will help you to achieve you goal. Iryna Dalziel. Battle.

The first time I met Giles he was such as lovely guy and that really helped towards my driving, he would always make me feel relaxed and not so tense in the car! Giles is a very supportive instructor and he really does want you to pass, he has honestly made my experience with L Plates driving school amazing, I have never had a problem with the company or him. Failed first time with a different instructor! Decided for a change of instructor, found Raj from the L-Plate driving school. He is one of the best teachers that has ever taught me. Raj gets me on the lessons with recap of previous lessons and explains to me what to do in order not to repeat the mistakes, however praises you on the good side of your driving. He explains his lessons with diagrams and pictures and where possible with demonstrations which makes it easier for me to understand. 

I also liked his constructive criticisms to get me on the right path. Not only did he teach me things just for the practical test but all about daily driving. Will definitely recommend him for the quality of teaching and excellent value for money. Passed first time with Raj! Paul Sukpe. Crawley.

I was a nervous learner, disheartened with trying to learn in a manual car and never really believing I could pass a test. My instructor, Mark Napier, was very patient and helpful with me and managed to do what I thought was impossible and get me to believe that I could drive and drive well enough to pass. He always took the time to make sure I felt confident enough with what we had gone through on each lesson and gave me opportunities to choose what to take more practice at.
