I have been with Frank Mcclaren since October 2013 and I can not express how amazing he has been! He has always made me feel comfortable and calm and explains things so well! He has been so persistant with me through out and always believing in me even when I didn't!  I really couldn't have passed my test without Frank, I would definitely recommend him and L Plates to anyone! Learning with L-Plates enabled me to learn quickly and to the best of my ability. John Leeming as an instructor is excellent to work with. He is patient and allows you as the learner to keep going until you are driving both efficiently and safely and so you can complete a manoeuvre perfectly. He always listened to me first; asking before every lesson what I wanted to focus on. Overall he gave me the confidence to sit behind the wheel and drive confidently in different situations. He is a lovely guy to know and have a chat with and I can't thank him and his little KA enough for the past few months. After a very long time and 2 different driving instructors, I finally passed my test! After failing 2 times I was convinced it just wasn't meant to be, but my instructor John Leeming always believed in me and told me how much I deserved it. He was lovely to learn with and really laid back. He never pushed you, just let you go at your own pace and made you feel safe and comfortable. It's been a great few months learning with Jared Light. We have driven no matter the conditions and he has really helped develop me into a lifetime driver, not just to get through test. Jared worked with me to really improve driving confidence and straight from the start he worked on my strengths, helping me to progress loads each lesson. My only regret is actually passing, as it means no more great hours in the car. Great value for money lessons and with such a great instructor, worth EVERY penny.

Jared, thank you for everything you have done for me and I hope to see you in the near future. You are a great asset to L Plates and I have loved every second driving with you. At least you no longer have to fight my awful road and cake your car in mud any more! Couldn't recommend you enough to everyone I know. Thanks, Hugh Angear. Heathfield.
