I was a nervous learner, disheartened with trying to learn in a manual car and never really believing I could pass a test. My instructor, Mark Napier, was very patient and helpful with me and managed to do what I thought was impossible and get me to believe that I could drive and drive well enough to pass. He always took the time to make sure I felt confident enough with what we had gone through on each lesson and gave me opportunities to choose what to take more practice at. Less than a year later and I have passed first time. Thoroughly recommend for all learners, especially those that need some extra encouragement. Caroline Roberts-Lee. Westfield.
