I would like to say a big thank you to Jon and L Plates helping me pass my driving test. I have learnt a lot while having Jon as my instructor. He was knowledgeable, reliable and very helpful. I was especially impressed when Jon took me back as a student after I took time off from learning.

My experience with L plates driving school was great. My instructor was very patient with me and was an extremely positive person who kept me safe in the veichle at all times. My instructor was called Giles Blanch he was a very good instructor he told me all that was need to know. I found him very understandable and very helpful when it came to the driving test. I would like to thank my Instructor Jim Eckford. I passed my test because of Jim only. I never driven car before I started with Jim. He is very calm and helpful guy. He made me good driver today with his teaching skills.

After failing my test ten years ago I wasn't particularly confident getting back behind the wheel but Giles Blanch made me feel at ease right from the first lesson and gave me the confidence I needed to start driving again. He made it seem so much less stressful and difficult than I remembered, and I started to enjoy driving and actually looked forward to my lessons! 

Although I didn't pass first time with Giles, I only got 3 minors and 1 serious and this just boosted my confidence even more that I really could do it.

I took my second test 4 weeks after Giles got a new car so I didn't have much time to get used to it, but Giles made sure I was 100% happy with the new car prior to the test and I'm very pleased to say I passed with only 1 minor!! 

After ten years, I can't believe I've finally passed and this was without a doubt due to having an instructor who was patient, genuinely interested, and a great teacher.

Huge thank you to Giles Blanch for helping me pass driving test first time! The clear and well-structured lessons planned by Giles have made me a confident and well-rounded driver.

Where I was often focused on getting things down quickly, Giles was patient and informative, and always gave detailed explanations of how to improve on my driving. When I made mistakes, Giles was calm, and was always able to give simple analogies to make problem solving easy and stress free. 

Before my test Giles made sure I had extra time for lessons and a real effort was made to make sure I knew exactly what I was driving into. The friendly and confident manner in which Giles dealt with my lessons made learning to drive really easy, and a real pleasure. I felt my time learning to drive went really quickly and .I would recommend Giles to all my friends, especially seeing as they all started learning before me!

Giles Blanch was an excellent driving instructor who taught me efficiently and helped me pass my test first time. He was always punctual and on time for my lessons and when on the odd occasion when he was delayed he would ring me to inform me. He was also reasonable with payment terms, giving me plenty of time to come up with the money I owed. Giles taught in an easy to understand manner which helped me to pick up the feel of driver much quicker than I thought.
