Frank made me feel comfortable, most other instructors I learned with were strict and uptight, but we joked around which put me at ease and helped me to learn without feeling nervous and under pressure! He was great and Im sad to see him go! I recommend him to anyone, he's lovely, professional and I'm very thankful for him helping me pass! It didn't take me that long either!
